Mukidi Berbagi Investasi

3 tahun yang lalu Mukidi memelihara seorang 'istri muda' di BSD Tangerang, lalu dia membeli satu rumah mewah 2 lantai di daerah elite di Foresta seharga Rp. 1,8 M dan memberikan biaya hidup Rp.15 juta / bln untuk "istri muda"...


Bulan lalu Mukidi putus sama "istri muda", dan rumah itu di jual. Ternyata laku terjual dgn harga Rp. 4,7 M, Lalu Mukidi mulai menghitung semua biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan selama ini:
Biaya bulanan Rp 15jt x 36 (3thn) = Rp 540 Jt
Beli Rumah : Rp. 1,8 M
Total investasi 2,340 M
Harga jual rmh 4,7M
TERNYATA Sisa Rp. 2,36 M.

Berarti Mukidi masih dapat Keuntungan serta bonus "CUMA-CUMA" selama 3 tahun.
Akhirnya.............
dihari ahad yg lalu Mukidi meminta maaf atas perselingkuhannya tersebut kepada istri yang cantik tapi agak telat mikir, sambil memnyerahkan uang sebesar 2.36M itu.

Istri Mukidi marah besar, sehingga dia ditempeleng dan diomelin oleh istrinya
Istri saya bilang :
"Dasar laki-laki goblok...! Kenapa nggak sekalian loe pelihara 2 atau 3 istri muda kalo tahu ada investasi bagus begini !!!???".

Betapa DAHSYAT nya Profit investasi PROPERTI !!!
Investasi cerdas dalam bentuk Istri muda...
